Move IN Paz and Amanecer con Paz are spaces for women who want to go beyond appearance and nurture integral wellbeing: body, mind and soul. Each gathering includes a short teaching of faith, a space for reflection in community and a conscious movement practice.

Every great movement starts within. That is why each session includes a short teaching of faith, a space for reflection in community and a conscious movement practice that integrates flexibility, strength and coordination.

Here we are not simply after a body that “looks good”; we want you to feel good: in body, mind and soul.

Move IN Paz is an invitation to live movement as an expression of love, peace and freedom. A space for women who want to go beyond appearance and nurture integral wellbeing.

P.S. Our special guest is always Jesus. Never as religiosity, but ALWAYS as a living relationship that transforms the way you inhabit your body: the vehicle that lets you travel the experience of LIVING.

We meet by the sea at sunrise to pause, cultivate inner peace and reconnect with our essence. A reflection, an honest conversation and 30 minutes of conscious movement as the sun comes up.

How to join from wherever you are

Google Meet is free and works from the browser or your phone, nothing to install.

    Book your spot in the agenda and choose “online”.

    Confirm payment by card or Bizum.

  3. 3

    Once the payment goes through you receive your spot confirmation by email, with the Google Meet link. Connect five minutes early with your mat ready.
